LuckMore — online casino review for players from Latvia

LuckMore is an online casino that launched in 2026 and positions itself as an international gaming platform. The range includes video slots, live dealer tables and classic table games. The casino works through a browser on computer and smartphone, and offers a downloadable version for those who prefer a standalone application. New players are offered a welcome package of 400% plus 550 free spins — see the promotion terms on the casino website for details, as the offer may change.

The platform may suit players looking for a wide choice of slots and live tables, who value the convenience of a mobile version and are prepared to accept the risks of playing on an offshore platform without a Latvian licence. Our site's expert rating is 9 out of 10.

Legal status of LuckMore for players from Latvia

LuckMore does not hold a licence from the State Revenue Service of Latvia (VID) to organise interactive gambling. Since 1 April 2026, VID has taken on all the functions of the previous regulator — the Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection (IAUI) — and publishes the current list of licensed operators on its website. LuckMore is not on that list, which means the platform operates as an offshore casino.

Latvia's Law on Gambling and Lotteries (Azartspēļu un izložu likums) prohibits individuals from participating in interactive gambling organised in Latvia without a VID licence. The fine for a player is between €70 and €350. The regulator maintains a list of blocked domains of unlicensed operators and may restrict access to the LuckMore site.

Risks for a player from Latvia on an offshore platform:

• Access to the site may be blocked by VID at any time.
• Your bank or payment system may decline a transaction to a gambling site without a Latvian licence.
• The VID self-exclusion register (pašatteikušos personu reģistrs), through which Latvian residents can ban themselves from gambling for a period of at least 12 months, applies only to licensed operators. It does not cover offshore casinos.
• You do not have the protection of the Latvian regulator: disputes with the casino are resolved under the jurisdiction specified in the platform's licence (usually an offshore zone).

Casinos usually publish their licence and legal details at the bottom of their website — check this information yourself before registering. The decision to play on an offshore platform is taken at your own risk.

Account registration and verification

Registration at LuckMore is standard for international casinos: you provide an email address, create a password, fill in basic details — first name, surname, date of birth (the minimum age for gambling in Latvia is 18), country of residence and account currency. Email confirmation usually takes place via a link in a message.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is requested by the casino before your first withdrawal or as part of a periodic account check. You will need to upload a scan or photo of an identity document (passport, ID card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement no older than three months). Sometimes the casino asks for a selfie with the document or video verification. Verification times depend on the support team's workload — usually from a few hours to a few days. Withdrawal is blocked until verification is complete.

Bonuses and promotions

According to data at the time of review, LuckMore offers new players a welcome package of 400% plus 550 free spins. Specific terms — minimum deposit amount, wagering requirement, bonus validity period, list of eligible games and maximum bet — can be found in the promotion terms on the casino website. Offers change frequently, and details that are current today may differ from those in a month's time.

Before activating a bonus, read the terms: some casinos exclude certain slots or tables from wagering, limit the stake (for example, no more than €5 per spin with an active bonus) or cap the withdrawal of winnings from free spins. If anything is unclear, check with support before making a deposit.

In addition to the welcome package, international casinos usually run regular promotions for existing players — cashback, tournaments, reload bonuses on deposits, loyalty programmes. See the current list in the Promotions or Bonuses section on the LuckMore site.

Game catalogue: slots, live casino and table games

LuckMore offers a range typical of a modern online casino: video slots, live dealer games and classic table games.

Slots are the backbone of any casino's collection. The selection usually covers hundreds and thousands of machines: from classic three-reel slots to multi-level video slots with bonus rounds, multipliers and jackpots. Themes, mechanics and volatility vary — from fruit classics to complex story-driven games. RTP (return to player) and other parameters are published by the provider in each slot's description — look for this information in the help or game rules section.

Live casino — tables with real dealers, streamed in real time from a studio. Standard range: blackjack, roulette (European, American, French), baccarat, poker (Caribbean, Texas Hold'em). Some providers add game shows — Monopoly Live, Crazy Time, Dream Catcher — with presenters and interactive mechanics. Stakes at live casino tables are usually higher than in slots, with minimums starting from €1–5.

Table games — digital versions of the classics: roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker. You play against a random number generator, without a live dealer. Convenient if you prefer a faster pace or lower betting thresholds.

Check the exact number of games and list of providers in the casino lobby — the catalogue may be updated.

Payment methods for players from Latvia

The account currency at LuckMore is the euro, which is convenient for players from Latvia: no conversion is needed, and all amounts are displayed in the familiar currency.

See the range of payment methods in the Cashier or Banking section after registration — each casino compiles its own list. For players from Latvia, the following are usually available:

• Bank cards: Visa and MasterCard — standard instruments issued by major Latvian banks (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor). Note: your bank may decline a payment to a gambling site without a Latvian licence — this is in line with bank policy and the law. Apple Pay and Google Pay — a way to pay with the same card via your phone, supported by major Latvian banks.
• E-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity — popular in online gambling, allow you to deposit and withdraw funds quickly. Paysera — a Lithuanian payment company, widespread in the Baltics. Revolut — a fintech service with a Lithuanian banking licence, popular in Latvia. Paysafecard — a prepaid voucher, suitable for deposits only (withdrawal to it is not possible).
• Bank transfers: Trustly — payment directly from your online bank, without registering with an intermediary service. Rapid Transfer — another bank transfer method.
• Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and others — many offshore casinos accept crypto via gateways such as PayCryptos. Transactions are fast and anonymous, but bear in mind exchange rate volatility and blockchain network fees.

Check the casino rules and payment section for the minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times and any fees. Withdrawal is only possible after account verification has been completed.

Mobile version and downloadable platform

LuckMore is accessible via a browser on smartphone or tablet — the responsive mobile version adapts to screen size and retains the full functionality of the desktop: registration, deposit, play, withdrawal. Most slots and live tables are optimised for touch control.

A downloadable version is also offered — a standalone application for installation on your device. Details (availability for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, installation file size) can be found on the casino website. The downloadable version may be convenient if you prefer not to work in a browser, but the functionality is usually the same as the web version.

Player support

LuckMore support usually operates through several channels: online chat on the site (often 24/7), email, sometimes telephone. Languages of communication — English as standard, possibly Russian and others. Check the available languages and working hours in the Contact or Support section.

Before contacting support, check the FAQ (frequently asked questions) section — many standard topics (verification, withdrawal limits, bonus wagering) are described there. If your question is non-standard or urgent, write to chat — they respond faster than by email.

Pros and cons of LuckMore

Conclusion

LuckMore is an international online casino launched in 2026 with a large catalogue of slots, live tables and table games. The platform operates in euros, offers mobile and downloadable versions, and a welcome package of 400% plus 550 free spins. Our site's rating is 9 out of 10 based on overall characteristics.

The main drawback for players from Latvia is the absence of a licence from the State Revenue Service (VID). Participation in interactive gambling on a platform not licensed in Latvia formally breaches the law, with a fine for individuals ranging from €70 to €350. The regulator may block access to the site, your bank may decline payments, the self-exclusion register does not cover offshore casinos, disputes are resolved under the casino licence's jurisdiction rather than in Latvia.

If you are prepared to accept these risks, check the casino's licence and details at the bottom of the site, and read the bonus terms and withdrawal conditions before registering. Frequently asked questions

Does LuckMore hold a VID licence to operate in Latvia?

No. LuckMore does not hold a licence from the State Revenue Service of Latvia to organise interactive gambling and operates as an offshore platform. The casino's licence and jurisdiction can be checked at the bottom of the site. For a player from Latvia, this means risks: site blocking, bank refusal of payment, a fine of €70–350, and no protection from the Latvian regulator.

What currency can I play in?

LuckMore operates in euros — the currency of Latvia. This is convenient: no conversion is needed, and all deposits, bets and winnings are displayed in euros. If the casino offers other currencies (dollars, cryptocurrencies), you choose when registering — you usually cannot change the account currency later.

How quickly are funds withdrawn?

Times depend on the payment method and verification status. E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity) and cryptocurrencies are usually faster — from a few hours to a day. Bank cards and transfers may take 3–5 working days. The first withdrawal is delayed until document verification (KYC) is complete. See the casino rules and payment section for exact times and limits.

Can I play from my phone?

Yes. LuckMore offers a responsive mobile version that works in a smartphone or tablet browser, and a downloadable version for installation on your device. Most slots and live tables are optimised for touchscreens. Registration, account deposit, play and withdrawal are available in the mobile version just as on a computer.

Does the VID self-exclusion register apply to LuckMore?

No. The State Revenue Service of Latvia self-exclusion register (pašatteikušos personu reģistrs) applies only to operators with a VID licence. LuckMore does not hold such a licence, which means that if you have entered yourself in the self-exclusion register, the casino cannot technically check this information and block your account. If you have problems controlling your gambling, it is better to avoid offshore platforms and seek help from specialists.

Gambling is intended for adults (18+). Play responsibly, control your time and money, and do not view gambling as a way to make money. If you feel you are losing control, seek help from problem gambling specialists.
